- Parental Dashboard - Complete oversight tools for parents
- Safety Monitoring - AICARES framework ensuring child-appropriate interactions
- Family Guidance System - Customizable settings aligned with family values
3. Age Requirements & Parental Consent
Children Under 13:
- Must have verified parental consent before account creation
- Parents maintain full control over account settings and data
- All interactions are monitored and reported to parents
- Account can be deleted by parent at any time
Parents/Guardians:
- Must be 18 years or older to create child accounts
- Are responsible for supervising their child's use of the service
- Must maintain current and accurate contact information
- Are responsible for all activities under their family account
4. Acceptable Use
Children may use LukkidsApp to:
- Ask educational questions and receive age-appropriate responses
- Practice communication skills in a safe environment
- Receive homework help and learning guidance
- Explore topics appropriate for their age and interests
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to bypass safety filters or parental controls
- Sharing personal information such as real names, addresses, or school information
- Using inappropriate language or requesting inappropriate content
- Attempting to contact other users or create social connections
- Any behavior that violates family guidance settings

- Immediate intervention for concerning conversations

- Automatic conversation termination for inappropriate requests

6. Privacy & Data Protection

- Minimal data collection from children (first name only)
